Over a 15-year period, I’ve coached and assisted thousands of executives at all levels across many industries. For 5 years, I was Telstra’s first choice facilitator and coach for 1,500 plus frontline leaders across all business units Australia-wide.
My passion lies particularly in leadership coaching and facilitation for real estate executives. Having immersed myself in sales for both Marshall White and Fletchers, I understand the challenges and opportunities the real estate industry can present.
I challenge, provoke thought, encourage ideas and seek results by staying true to the values and beliefs that underpin my coaching and facilitation – bold, engaging and authentic.
